I have three questions that perhaps someone can answer.

Firstly, which version of Photoshop is the most commonly owned? Specifically, which version has the most resources (brushes, etc.) available for it? But they're backwards compatible, right? So I should just get the latest?

Secondly, why is the Fave-and-Run so common now? Comments are much more helpful, not to mention have more identity behind them. I rather miss them... :<

Thirdly, when I'm exploring DeviantArt, about one out of every ten pictures I click on just don't show up. Is this happening to anyone else, and how can I remedy this issue?
